Payment & Refund Policy
Payment Terms
- All prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be completed before order dispatch or delivery.
- Accepted payment methods include:
- Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, Halopesa)
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank Transfers (upon request)
- Orders not paid within 24 hours may be automatically cancelled.
Refund Policy
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. However, refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- Incorrect items delivered.
- Damaged items upon delivery.
- Order cancelled before shipment.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team at opinygrp@gmail.com or call +255 754 920 983 within 3 working days of delivery.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the same payment method used during purchase.
We reserve the right to deduct from your refund the costs inquired during order processing.
Any applicable transaction or service charges by the payment processor are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds
If part of your order is missing or damaged, we may issue a partial refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or special-order products.
- Opened or used chemical products unless defective.
